Black Attitude Festival

#JUSTICE4MOUHAMED

An alliance of different people from Dortmund, from various migrant communities and political groups, who came together after the death of Mouhamed Lamine Dramé to fight for an end to brutal police practices and to commemorate Mouhamed. The 16-year-old was shot dead by the police on 8 August 2022 in Dortmund's Nordstadt district.

With the Black Attitude Festival, #JUSTICE4MOUHAMED is creating a stage and several spaces for empowerment, networking, cultural exchange and sharing experiences among Black people in Germany. The aim is not only to celebrate cultural diversity, but also to pay tribute to Mouhamed L. Dramé, who was shot dead by the police. The organising team of the Black Attitude Festival consists exclusively of Black and BIPoC individuals.

We have now cooperated with the initiative three times and put our stage at their disposal.
